Mr. Kratofil received his bachelors degree from Loyola University – New Orleans and his J.D. at Saint Louis University. He is a member of the Kansas and Missouri Bar.
Commissioner Cherry is Managing General Partner of United Beverage, an Anheiser Busch distributor. Mr. Cherry played for the Kansas City Chiefs in the free safety position and was inducted into the Chiefs Hall of Fame in 1996. Mr. Cherry attended Rutgers University.
Commissioner Kemp began his career in the construction industry in 1969 as a member of the International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators & Asbestos Workers and retired as the Business Manager/Executive Secretary of the Greater Kansas City Building and Construction Trades Council AFL-CIO in 2010.
Garry serves on the Board of Directors for the National Institute for Construction Excellence, Missouri Technology Corporation, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Kansas City and the United Labor Credit Union.
He and his wife Sue make their home in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
John Modest Miles was born in Magnolia, Arkansas. He received his B.S. from Arkansas Baptist College, his M. ED. degree from Quachita Baptist College, A D.D. degree from Central Mississippi College, attended the Midwest Theological Seminary, and received an Honorary D.D. degree from Western Baptist Bible College. He has been pastor at churches in Los Angeles, Detroit, Little Rock, and is currently at Morning Star Baptist Church in Kansas City, MO.
Pastor Miles has taught in the Little Rock Public School System, at Arkansas Baptist College, and is the Moderator of the New Era District Association. He is also a long time friend of President Bill Clinton.
He is married to Jeanette Richard Miles and they have 3 children: Gerald, Janet, and Derrick. He is also the grandfather of 6 grandchildren
