Kauffman Renovations

In keeping with the promise to the Jackson County voters, the $250 million renovation of Kauffman Stadium which began in late 2007 is now substantially complete. In April of 2006, voters authorized the renovation of both Kauffman Stadium and Arrowhead Stadiums; Kauffman is 98%complete as of Opening Day, April 10 2009. The only remaining phase yet to be completed is the Royals Hall of Fame, scheduled for completion by the All-Star break 2009.
